When you sign up, your first payment will be processed on the same day, with all subsequent payments automatically billed on the 1st of each month. There's no hassle—your membership will continue smoothly with automatic billing, making it easy to stay on track with your wellness goals. A card must be kept on file for secure, convenient payments. Additional Benefits: Unused Sessions Roll Over: Any unused sessions will roll over for 30 days, giving you flexibility if life gets busy. No Hidden Fees or Contracts: Enjoy complete transparency—there are no hidden fees, and your membership is contract-free. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, just let us know at least 30 days in advance, and we’ll take care of everything. Please note, there are no refunds for unused services. Membership Policies & Terms Location Coverage: Before signing up, please ensure your location is within our service area. Memberships for areas outside our coverage will be canceled and fully refunded. If your city isn't listed, please contact us to confirm. Billing & Charges: Monthly Billing: Membership fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Immediate Activation: If you start your membership mid-month, you’ll be charged on the day of sign-up and again on the 1st of the next month. Card on File: A valid credit/debit card must be kept on file for automatic billing of monthly fees and any additional sessions. Missed Appointments & Roll Over: Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be forfeited unless rescheduled within the current month. Roll-Over Sessions: Missed sessions can be rolled over for up to 3 months. These sessions must be booked in advance and cannot overlap with your regular monthly session. Unused Roll-Overs: Any unused roll-over sessions expire after 3 months and will be forfeited. Non-Transferable: Roll-over sessions and regular sessions cannot be transferred to others. Refund Policy: All membership fees, including payments for massages and roll-over sessions, are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, please provide a 30-day notice.
